These candles were made to honour Dia de Muertos - Day of the Dead also know as All Souls's Day dedicated to remembering deceased loved ones with celebration, not mourning. The candles can also be used on the anniversary of a loved one or on the universal days of remembrance: 1st and 2nd of November. Some clients have mentioned that these candles remind them a bit of Frida Khalo and her unique art and style.
