Shipping Information:

We’re thrilled to share our handmade beeswax candles with you and aim to make the shipping process as smooth as possible.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Free Shipping & Delivery Estimates:
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING within New Zealand and FREE SHIPPING for international orders over $150.

​

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)​​
   

Local Pickup:

We offer free local pickup from The Honey Tasting Shed, Beetopia. 181 Omaha Flats Rd, Tawharanui Peninsula. Choose this option at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your candles as much as we love making them.

​

Returns:
Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, we accept returns only for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
 

Exchanges:
If your candle arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Reach out to us at btopianz@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Cancellations:
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in production or shipping.
